Amazing location! Such helpful staff, helping us with car rental, providing gluten free products in an area where no gluten free options are available. The staff made sure to go the extra mile to help us with all we needed. Facilities were clean and as in the pictures. Area is beautiful and very close to the beach. Can't recommend this place enough

Quiet location outside Kryopigi, avoiding the tourist jams but easily accessible and not far away from the Kryopigi village centre (you could walk there but you would need a car if you are with kids or if you would like to visit other nearby villages). The beach is 5 minutes walk (somewhat steep path among greenery), secluded and wild, feels like your own private beach (wear water shoes as it is rocky in the beginning). The yard is well groomed, with a treehouse and hammocks. The view from the terrace is magnificent. We only stayed for two days so we did not use the facilities in the studio but it seemed to have everything necessary if you wanted to cook. Rita and Stefanos were warm and welcoming hosts that provided us with recommendations on all questions that we had. A relaxing getaway at the end of the summer season.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The apartment had all the amenities we needed—fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and a nice big balcony to enjoy our morning coffee and rest of the day. The location was perfect - just a short drive from the best beaches in Kassandra. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation. The apartment was simply wonderful! Spotlessly clean, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail and beautifully decorated to create a sense of warmth and comfort. The location was ideal, close to everything you need, but at the same time quiet enough to relax. The host was kind, helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home from the first moment. The villa was spacious and offered a beautiful view, along with a large yard featuring a mandarin tree, swings, and crossbars for the more active guests. It had all the amenities we needed, and everything was clean and comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful—he had left us cold water and beers before our arrival. Most impressively, he helped us recover a forgotten item from a nearby beach bar, a gesture that truly exemplified the warmth and pride of Greek hospitality. Anyone who stays here is sure to have a wonderful experience!

Clean apartment with beautiful sea view and free parking in the back yard. Location is OK - 10-15 minutes from Kriopigi village on foot. There is a nice beach 7 minutes away on foot. It provides natural shades after 4 p.m.

The beach is amasing, wifi coverage is excellent on the whole compound at the beach and even at the parking lot with max signal strenght. The AC in room was also very good. Everything is old but very clean.
