Wonderful family run hotel on top of the mountain so great view from the room is guaranteed. It is very clean and maintained and the staff is extremely friendly . The breakfast with view over the valley Is great. And after a trip or hike in the mountains you can enjoy a drink next to the fireplace. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every moment .

The hosts are very welcoming, provided everything necessary, everything was encouraged and told. The house is perfect for a big family, has everything you need: comfortable bedrooms, large kitchen with appliances. Although there is no air conditioning, the house is very comfortable: on the ground floor it is always cool. Yard with playground, convenient location very close to the picturesque bridge. This house is worth returning to Konica again and again.

Sofia welcomed us with a big smile and fresh baguettes from her family’s bakery. She was very friendly and available for any question we had. The apartment is beautiful and bigger, much nicer than in the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The shower and hot water was the best we had in our month in Greece. The view from the balcony is spacious - you can see the mountains, valley and the Aaos river. The apartment is close to the center of Konitsa- 5 mins walk only. We recommend you book it if you plan a vacation in zagori or Konitsa!

Very clean, great place, great staff. We have enjoyed sitting outside in the night watching the stars and playing tavli (backgammon). Excellent breakfast prepared in detail. Staff is fantastic very helpful and I would like to thank Eleni. We have forgotten something in our room and she was very helpful to send it by courier. She has provided us also with a lot of information where to go what is very interesting etc.
