It's a new hotel but full of surprise. The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. In this price you even have private refrigerator in the room and great breakfast. I can see the owner's ambition. The location also good. close to Avlabari metro and bus to Yerevan. I will choose again for sure.

It was great, I met lots of nice people. The owner is lovely. He even let me check in in the middle of the night because of my flight. The beds are comfortable and have curtains for privacy. 10/10 would recommend and definitely stay here again :)
