Got an upgrade on the reservation, which was greatly appreciated. Plenty of space and very well equiped for self catering with stores easily available. Bathroom facilities excellent. Coffee/tea/snacks supplied . Excellently hosted by William.

We arrived at the Wellbeck around 9am, exhausted having spent a night at Dublin airport, due to the timing of out flight. Not only did the lady at reception upgrade us to a bigger room she settled us in the lounge with a tea tray to relax while the room was being made ready. Beautiful big room with a sea view and my husband loved watching the ships come in. I enjoyed the bath, TV, Fridge, Kettle and a little lift to go up to the 3rd floor. The bed was sheer luxury as was the room service. We had two dinners at the hotel. They were reasonably priced and adapted to gluten free for me. I don’t give an excellent rating lightly but this place really deserves one.

Situated 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, The Devonian features a view over the Glen Falcon and landscaped gardens.

We stayed at The Devonian a number of times over the past years - our first time was in 2005, this August we spent 5 nights there on occasion of the Manx Grand Prix. We keep coming back because Kevin and Gillian run a most excellent guest house. They are very kind, welcoming and hospitable proprietors, who go out of their way to make you feel at home, together with their friendly support staff. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. The breakfast options are varied and cooked to order - we tried most of them (not all, as there are just too many choices for only a 5-night stay!) and all were simply delicious. We cannot recommend this guesthouse enough!

What a lovely little guest house! It's tucked away to the far end of the prom, a short walk to Summerhill Glen Parking was super easy, bas8cally right outside and free! I was greeted by a lovely lady whose name I have now forgotten 😔 She was so friendly when I arrived, showed me to my room and pretty much that was it. All I needed. The room itself was spotless; I loved the decor - it looked fresh & new. The bed was big & soooo comfy. Tv was well placed, WiFi spot on & the room facilities had everything I needed. I was only there for one night but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thanks so much .... 5 star!!

The Cottage is a fantastic property. Lovely and peaceful. A real cosy retreat, nicely private with handy outdoor space. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners Stephen and Naomi, friendly and professional. The decorated Christmas tree was a lovely thought that was uplifting after our challenging crossing
