It was really good vacation place. Especially for families who has got an kids, it's brilliant. Check-in and check-out process was really smooth and easy. The house was pretty good and we loved that peacocks (they are little bit noisy). I can just say they should be fix that pressure of the bathroom taps, because that small electric heaters are not enough for this kind of place. That's why we mostly has been got our showers in the leisure centre. But we loved this quite and well place and of course we will gonna be there again soon. PS; they does not allow to do any barbeque by visitors but still you can made by tasty foods oven freezer, fridge and other applicances which you can find in your home. Indoor swimming pool and leisure centre was good as well, you can park your car front of your door! I really asked myself, why are we lives so far from this place? I would like to go there every weekend! And please don't skip bike riding at the Tarka Trail!

We stayed in Nutach Cottage and it was perfect. It had a very 'The Holiday' vibe to it, especially in the cold cosy winter. Sarah allowed me to propose to my partner at her lakehouse (part of the property) and it was wonderful. The setting was stunning, the accomodation was warm and comfy, the local eateries were all written out and Sarah was a wonderful host. Thank you so much for giving us the perfect weekend.

We absolutely loved our stay! Couldn't of been happier. Such a lovely quiet place to have a relaxing weekend. The cottage is stunning and impeccably clean (and I'm OCD) and it had absolutely everything we needed inside and out. I also made 2 little mates that greeted me outside a lot.... 2 wee kitty's 😺😁 very friendly. Paul met us outside when we got there and was super friendly and polite! Always at the end of the phone if we needed anything at all which was very comforting as we had never been to holsworthy before. We met his dad too who was also lovely and we had a nice chat. Really nice family and made us feel super super welcome! Would go back in a heartbeat, I didn't want to leave!

We found The Bickford Arms pleasurable and comfortable. The room was bright and airy but still gave a feeling of warmth and cosines. The staff were so very accommodating and went out of their way to please us. It was a pleasure to talk to Keith about any subject.

It was really good vacation place. Especially for families who has got an kids, it's brilliant. Check-in and check-out process was really smooth and easy. The house was pretty good and we loved that peacocks (they are little bit noisy). That's why we mostly has been got our showers in the leisure centre. But we loved this quite and well place and of course we will gonna be there again soon. PS; they does not allow to do any barbeque by visitors but still you can made by tasty foods oven freezer, fridge and other applicances which you can find in your home. Indoor swimming pool and leisure centre was good as well, you can park your car front of your door! I really asked myself, why are we lives so far from this place? I would like to go there every weekend! And please don't skip bike riding at the Tarka Trail!

We absolutely loved our stay! Couldn't of been happier. Such a lovely quiet place to have a relaxing weekend. A lovely place that has everything at the door step. Well organised Great food in restaurant and fantastic live music in bar. Great size of the one bedroom house and convenient parking. There are loads of peacocks and ducks as well.

I did not expect this to be like a holiday villa/mini holiday village so it turned out to be real bargain stay. The home was nice and spacious. really comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable and big. Lots of parking as well. Nice pool and sauna facilities to utilise, whilst the on site restaurant had excellent food for dinner. The grounds are quiet and green (we did visit before school holidays) and it was lovely with all the peacocks, peafowls and guinea fowls running free.

Excellent location. Very comfortable. The apartment had everything we could need for our stay and a lovely view. We particularly appreciated the parking that was so convenient for our motorbikes. Restaurant food was good and fab being just a short walk away. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Thankyou. We had a lovely break, we look forward to coming back ASAP.

I liked the accessible parking, the accommodation was clean, and had all that we needed. The grounds were well kept, and children loved the birds. The pool was nice, and the children enjoyed playing with the inflatables. Was quiet. Other quests and members were respectful.

I liked that there was a dedicated parking spot outside of the house. The house itself was huge too. It genuinely is a little housing estate. Very spacious and homely. I enjoyed the peacocks on the grounds. I like that they're environmentally conscious

We liked the pool facilities. The restaurant and bar staff are very friendly and the food and service was very good. Plenty of free parking. The rear garden and duckpond are very picturesque and pleasant.
