Staff were great, especially the helpful lady at the front desk when we checked in and another guest facing staff that we met in our section of the hotel (near the jacuzzi). They helped us a lot about the rooms and especially helpful to find a suitable room so we would not have to climb up the stairs with heavy cases. Hotel seemed well maintained and nice decor. Breakfast was good too.

The pod was absolutely gorgeous - so thoughtfully put together to get the most out of the space and had so much fitted in there. A small but rare thing for these types of places was that the plates, bowls, mugs etc were actually nice and not just bought as cheap as possible. The tv has Netflix and there is also a Dyson hairdryer, and beers and milk were left in the fridge for us. The sauna was AMAZING and ice water and fruit was left outside it for us which was so thoughtful. We also went on a gorgeous walk with amazing views of the Loch just 15-20 minutes from the pods. Brian and Gillian were so kind and welcoming, it was a pleasure to stay there. I couldn’t recommend it more!

The road up was a bit bumpy, but we were welcomed by a very nice dog ;-) and the host was very friendly. The place is very nice and calm. The room was classy, clean and the bed and shower were very good! The breakfast we ate at the picknick table in the sun was very delicious. If we come back to Scotland and are in the area looking for a place to stay, we definitevly go here.

Nice period property. The bedroom was nice and comfy. Out door hot tub was good . Parking was good , the chef’s beaf was great .

The staff was outstanding, friendliness as well as qualification wise. Breakfast was superb and the buffet constantly waited on and refilled. The rooms seem to undergo a regular renewal which is necessary. Our room was spacious and the bed lovely. The pool and spa were nicely kept. We arrived just before closing time for dinner but still were able to order some food. The outside area was kept beautifully. Parking was spacious enough and within close access to reception. A place we definitely will return to!
