We had an amazing stay at the pan pacific, the staff were professional and personable, making our experience extremely memorable. They should rename the hotel to the NWow!!!! Such a cool, funky, vibrant hotel! Staff were great, food was great, and loved the different areas of the hotel lobby. I was gifted an upgrade and what a lovely room! Their fitness center was pristine and even had a Marshall Bluetooth speaker! Highly recommend this hotel!!

Everything was amazing ... the staff is super friendly, the ambience is so cosy and comfortable with the pub being near the road and the rooms set back so absolutely no noise and a lovely private garden for guests inbetween.
