Highly recommend from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, had excellent service, clean, polite, friendly and amazing facilities. The evening we arrived they were fully booked for food but still manage to squeeze us in so we could have some food. The meal was very big , the taste and quality of the food was amazing. If we need to go back up any time, I will definitely rebook here if it’s available. Well done 5 stars all round and thank you so much for making us feel so welcomed xx

We were just blown away by the Studio, Katie had thought of everything you could need for a perfect getaway experience, and she was so helpful. The bed was the most comfortable we've found anywhere in our travels - we even found two hot water bottles, just in case (not needed). The breakfast provided was just right for us. Our dog, Grace, was in her element, loads of walkies and places to explore. Just wonderful!!

My step dad and I travelled up to the area as I had a competition with my horse at Arena UK. Emma and Rob were great hosts from start to finish….very accommodating and left us a little welcome hamper. The coop is perfect and set in such a beautiful quiet location. We also had breakfast from that had been sourced locally which was superb….the fresh farm eggs especially! Cannot recommend this place enough…we will definitely be back and probably will bring the dog next time. We saw deer and hares along the drive too….beautiful! :)

We had a great stay at Belton Woods meeting with friends as it was a mid-way point. The hotel is gorgeous & the pool was great, especially for kids (you just need to know the hours), we had a lovely meal, Indie was so accomodating as we had 4 children under 5 & provided such good service. Everyone loved it, great family rooms.

The hotel was situated perfectly, it was walking distance from Grantham Town centre but yet far enough away not to hear any noise at night. We stayed from a Friday night to a Sunday. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They have a nice little bar that's cosy and friendly. We didn't eat there as food is only available during the week, this isn't a problem either as there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Breakfast is available if you require it. The room was cosy and warm. The beds were lovely and comfortable. We had 2 single beds. The bathroom was clean, and there was plenty of hot water and towels.

We booked a superior double room and was pleasantly surprised at how big the room was. It was spotlessly clean, nice, comfortable bed and pillows. Fresh clean towels and toiletries provided. Bottles of water, biscuits, and tea making facilities. Car parking on site at £4.00 a day, payable at the reception. Staff were really friendly. Very Comfortable, lots of room, well furnished. Fresh provisions left for us in fridge was a nice touch. Nice balcony to sit out on. Car parking space.

Good location, plenty of on street parking, super clean, comfy beds, well equipped, lots of shops nearby, easy to check-in, nice fluffy towels, a wine corkscrew, a lovely home feeling, attentive hosts, great communication before and after stay.

Ideal location just off A1 but still very quiet, hotel being refurbished so a bit dated, no restaurant, needs a haircut but for business traveller it had a very comfortable room with all the trimmings at an attractive price....and loads of handy free car parking at the door

Room upgrade to a suit with a balcony and free minibar. Lovely room overlooking the golf course. Breakfast was included and excellent. Spa facilities were great, clean and relaxing. Car parking free and plentiful.

Good breakfast with excellent lady waiting on tables. Free parking in the Inn car park, very convenient for letting rooms. We also enjoyed the village itself with a second pub, 2 tea rooms and a library that had a gallery upstairs. We had our dog with us and there were plenty of convenient places to walk her and numerous bins. The Inn was very conveniently located for Grantham, Melton Mowbray and Rutland.
