We've traveled a lot in our lives and have seen many beautiful places, but our stay at the Old Manse of Craggan was definitely an experience we'll never forget! The entire setting, the lovingly and tastefully decorated house, and, above all, the attentive service from our extremely friendly and welcoming hosts, Aleksandra and Piotr, was above average in every aspect. The room was exceptional (very large, beautifully furnished and warm) and it had the best view of my trip. Service was lovely, as was the food. I loved the coal fire in the lounge. For a walker the bath was most welcome allowing me to ease aching joints

Abbeyfield Inn was a delightful place to stay! The building is a charming stone villa on the edge of town, yet just a short walk from bars and restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom, and the surroundings, including the garden and the view, were wonderful. The Scottish breakfast was delicious and very well prepared. The hosts were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend this guest house and hope to return!

We spent three nights at this amazing guesthouse, and it was a truly delightful experience. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly clean. It really felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. Every morning, we could choose from an extensive menu, allowing us to try something different each day. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. She provided us with many useful tips about the local area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the best places we stayed during our trip. The host Theresa is a lovely person and you can see how much she cares about everything in every detail of her B&B - the room decoration, the ambience, the welcome gifts for guests, the tourist information on the room - she knows a lot about whisky and the place and is also an easygoing person to speak with. The place is really well maintained and clean - it is really peaceful and quiet so you can enjoy a good night of sleep - the room has a lot of space and is really cozy - Theresa prepared some gifts for our arrival that were much appreciated. The breakfast was prepared by her and had a lot of different options to choose from, everything high quality - she also makes homemade jam that are very tasteful and available for buying. Everything here was perfect - highly recommend.
