One of the coolest and most memorable things about this hotel was the fact that my room had a projector that covered the entire wall right in front of the bed! I’ve honestly never seen anything like that before in a hotel, it felt so unique and gave the room such a fun vibe. Big wow factor! The staff were all super friendly, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was a little different compared to other hotels, as it was in the adjoining food hall that’s also open to the public. Personally, I loved this because it gave the place a lively, social feel, and since the hotel is on the smaller side, it was nice to be around a bit more bustle in the mornings. The portions were big, and the food was absolutely delicious. Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better. It’s right in the heart of town, so Turf Moor, shops, and restaurants are all just a short walk away. I also really appreciated how safe it felt as there was security in the lobby at night, which gave me extra peace of mind.

We absolutely loved everything about this place from checking-in until leaving. Our dog liked it even more as he was spoiled with treats and a sausage for breakfast every morning. The room was one of the most luxurious we stayed in during our three week road trip through Spain, France and the UK and our dog had a bed, towel and bowls too. They even left a Christmas present outside our room on Christmas morning too! ;.)

Brilliant location and great communication from Nick. Everything was explained very clearly, and the property was immaculate and very spacious. Clean and tidy, onsite parking to the side. Close to town centre. Had an issue with check in, one phone call was answered quickly. I was told a call back would be made. I expected to wait some time prior to getting a return call, within two minutes I got a call back and my requested sorted. Amazing service, great customer service, very helpful team. Will be back.
