I loved it - damn glad it wasnt further from st jean pied de port , i would not have made it . We all sat together at big table ( guests ) , got to know each other and some how talked although 3 different languages . The lady of the house was sweet and helpfull and could speak english

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Catherine was extremely helpful, breakfast was superb, and the bedroom and bath were beautifully updated and accommodating -- perhaps the nicest in our three weeks of travel in France and Spain.

My husband and I appreciate the warm hospitality extended to us during our 2 nights stay. We enjoyed staying in the big, neat, clean and beautiful room overlooking the hills. Breakfast is always a pleasant surprise from the hosts, Christian and Genevieve. They went out of their way to help us make alternative transport arrangements when our scheduled train booking to Bayonne was cancelled at the last minute due to a local social movement. They even volunteered to personally send us to Bayonne if all other alternative transport arrangements fall through, notwithstanding their busy schedule. Our heartfelt thanks for their graciousness and generosity.
