Bernard, the host, was very helpful and fast in communicating with us prior to our arrival. You can tell he really loves the region and is always happy to provide some tips on what to do around the area. He even offered to pick us up from the Aix-en-Provence train station, but we had already rented a car to explore the Provence. He prepared the most amazing breakfast with fresh French pastries and fresh fruits, as well as a choice of hot drinks. It was delicious, plenty and presented with a lot of care. The location and the views from the room are stunning. There are so many hikes around the area, but also Aix-en-Provence is a nice little city, with a lot of charm and loads of shopping and restaurants, if you are more into this kind of stuff. The beds are extremely comfortable and the area is super quiet, which means we had the best night sleep. The house itself is brand new, very modern, decorated with simplicity and has all the comfort you could wish for to relax for a weekend away. It's also spotless! We would definitely go again, and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to switch off for a while and spend some quality time in the Provence! This is 100% worth its value for money!

The place is conveniently located close to the cathedral (a 7 min. walk) and it is situated on a quiet street in a lovely green neighborhood. It is on the opposite side of town from the city train station, but it is easy to reach by bus (with several bus lines stopping nearby). The room and bathroom are very clean and designed with taste, the bed was very comfortable, and the room had all the amenities listed in the description. The bathroom is well ventilated, the shower was great. There was also a nice selection of a few books about Provence on the desk. When I booked the room, I was unsure whether it might feel cold at night, as I stayed there in early December and the room has a door that opens directly to the outside. However, the heating in both the room and the bathroom worked very well, and I had no issues with the cold. The wifi was also very good. The hosts were very kind and responded promptly, providing clear instructions on how to reach the property and giving a few suggestions for restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here if I return in the future.

The apartment is excellent large and well equipped. It is set in a lovely garden surrounded by pine trees and with a stunning view over vineyards and the countryside beyond. A rural retreat but with easy access to facilities in Venelles. The pool was a real delight, and we enjoyed relaxing on the sunbeds and the poolside sofas.

We adored this property from start to finish . We were apprehensive pulling up to the gates but as we entered it completely blew us away . The decor is outstanding , the pool area beautiful, our room was possibly the nicest we’ve ever stayed in ! We just adored it . 10 mins walk to the beautiful Cours Mirabel , we have fallen in love with Provence and can’t wait to return. Ideal for a baby moon / honeymoon
