It was not far from the motorway, and after a long drive we had a quiet night before heading off again. The evening meal was so comforting and delicious. Homeecooked! So welcoming after the restaurant food! The host was very friendly and welcoming, thank you so very much!

Lovely quiet apartment. Located in beautiful area, we only stopped 1 night as we used it as a resting point as we travelled towards the Alps. Very suprised with amount of food available for breakfast. Will definitely stay again next year.

Host Lucie is very attentive and responds quickly to messages/questions. She made it possible to place our bikes in a securely locked bicycle shed on the premises. Perfect. The apartment itself is quiet, spacious and bright. The bed is excellent. Location (outside Langres centre) was perfect for us, as we arrived by train and it's just a 10 minute walk from the railway station.

The house has a really great 'home' vibe, you can see people used to live there, the décor is terrific, the rooms comfortable and decorated with taste - it's basically the exact opposite of a 'hotel'. The house just felt like a really natural place after a long drive from the alps, to just walk in drop our bags and everyone found a room and just had a great night sleep. The host, Alex, was really nice and helpful, we arrived very late (close to midnight, yet he was available and answered questions etc. he even turned on the exterior lights so we can find the place easily (apparently there's a blackout in the village from 21.00(?)). The charger was super useful driving an EV. In general the communications were great (also in English). We didn't see much of the village, the house is in a quiet residential part but the village seems large by French village standards and there's a *mind blowing* 'American diner' in a bus(!), that was rightly recommended by Alex, we arrived too late for dinner but did mange to grab lunch the following day - and it was both tasty and super cool. There's also a big garden with a BBQ and a pizza oven. We will definitely stay there again!

The location for us was perfect. We wanted a halfway stop en route to the Alps. Emmanuelle also offered dinner and breakfast which was superb. A really great place to stop. Recommended.
