Beautiful large comfortable bedroom, lovely decor, great bathing facilities, all spotlessly clean. And very quiet. Next day a proper continental breakfast to send us on our way. A lovely easygoing, welcoming and helpful host who loves dogs, (ours got on well with his) with a safe garden for play/exercise.

What a fabulous stop over on our way through France. It was super, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the room had everything you would need. Exceptionally clean. Superb hosts who were warm and friendly. Highly recommend!

Fabulous place for our week stay in Chartres. Our host Nina was just lovely! The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook and relax. The outdoor space is very inviting. Free off street parking. It is out of town but an easy 15 minute walk to the local village with small supermarket, tabacs, bakery and pharmacy. Nice lakes and river walks around town too. Easy to get into Chartres and further afield by car. We loved it!
