We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged between 5 and 16 who stayed at this property to break up our journey to the UK and on our return a couple of weeks later. . We were all very impressed with the property. It was well equipped and clean with comfortable beds. There are some fantastic family photos on display that have all been taken at the property. This was a great conversation starter, with us all wondering about the family and the history of the property. We would not hesitate to book to stay here again if we were ever in the area. We liked everything about this hotel. The owners treated us as new friends rather than as hotel guests. Our room was very elegantly furnished,very much in keeping with this beautiful old building. Sadly our very early departure fell outside normal breakfast times, but Jean-Luc stepped up to the plate and made sure we never left hungry. We cannot wait to pay another visit to Arras.

Cute apartment. Well decorated and homey. Claire has thought of everything. She was very friendly and welcoming. Close to the main square with lots of bars, eating places. Most ppl speak very little English in Arras. Bed very comfy, comforter warm as downstairs is cool although there is a heater there. One of 3.

In a good spot for an overnight stay and on the ground floor. The host was wonderful, kept in touch prior to our arrival and made sure we had arrived safely and had found what we needed. We left some items behind and we were able to go back to retrieve them.

What a great apartment! We had a wonderful overnight stay here in sheer luxury. The jacuzzi and sauna were a real treat as everything is geared towards comfort and relaxation. The fully fitted kitchen and close proximity to a food shop meant we were able to make our own meal, which was great. The host, Nicolas was really friendly and left little touches like snacks and beer for us to enjoy and our breakfast, which arrived the next morning, was delicious and he had put milk, water and fruit juice in the fridge along with jams and Nutella to enjoy with breakfast. We felt truly pampered.

The room and facilities were very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly, as you’d expect at a hotel chain. For convenience, we booked to stay out of town so we could park our car. Great to sit and have a drink in the common area. Would recommend.

The staff were kind, helpful and professional, the room exceeded my expectations (its size, comfort and cleanliness); breakfast was fresh and with plenty fruit which I particularly loved; and although the hotel these days had many guests (which showed during the breakfast) I never heard any noise. The central location of the hotel made it easy for me to reach not only the typical tourist sites, but also the place of business and most importantly the train station (which was wonderful as I did not have to wake awfully early to reach the station for the train back to Paris airport). Had the weather been better I am sure I would have fully enjoyed the adjoining terrace (quite large). Also, the wifi access is stable and fast and it is a great asset if you are travelling for business as well as pleasure.
