We absolutely loved this hidden gem next to Atelier Cézanne. Very comfy, calm, clean and well-designed accommodation. We felt truly welcome. The room is part of the owner’s home but features a separate entrance. Netflix and co are available.

Hélène was the perfect host - she made us feel very welcome in her beautiful new home (built 2020) and helped us arrange reservation for dinner in a local restaurant. The en-suite room on the ground floor was very large and beautifully designed and decorated, and had French doors onto the terrace. Very comfortable bed and pillows, with excellent quality bed linen. A coffee maker and fridge were welcome additions and the bathroom was very spacious with large bath and shower. Very good breakfast eaten on the terrace overlooking the garden with other guests. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden and pool after a long drive. The house is near Aix-en-Provence but situated in a peaceful location.

The bedroom is absolutely gorgeous with a lovely design. we had a really beautiful bedroom with a private outdoor garden. Really nice bathroom with a jacuzzi. The pool is amazingly comfortable, offering a serene experience with very few people around due to the limited number of rooms—only five in total. The outdoor furnishings are both comfortable and beautiful, enhancing the overall experience.

Villa Sant-Ange is the best show in town for absolute hotel perfection. It is quite simply gorgeous and considering it is largely a new build since 2019, around one original historic mansion, the scope and design of the hotel plan and grounds is stunning. The decor is very gilded and trad but it has a romantic, illuminated and reflective quality and overall the feel is relaxed luxury. The warm welcome from the offset with the friendly and extremely knowledgable host, Benjamin, and everyone really from reception to housekeeping and the serving team were exceptional. The warmth, smiles and good humour is what makes this place exceptional without being stuffy. The dining spaces are beautiful and breakfast including the buffet is outstanding. We were grateful for vegan cooked breakfasts of delicious vegetables and excellent coffee with plant milks available. The pool runs the mighty length of the restaurant, a beautiful, tranquil, turquoise perfect for dipping under azure Provencal skies. Loungers and drinks by the pool - try the ultra quality delicious chips - makes for a perfect holiday. The short, easy walk into the gloriously convivial and beautiful town of Aix makes this perfectly situated as well as being a quiet location.

We absolutely loved it! We had five perfect days and loved every detail of Maison du Collectionneur. The hosts are extremely caring and warm and make your experience there even more perfect. Really nice location, close to the city center of Aix de Provence. Also very close to other attractions like Cassis, the national park near Marsille, the wineries. The hotel is a boutique one with three guest rooms. So if you are looking for absolute tranquility, this is a right spot. The room was large, nicely decorated. The guest rooms are not at the building you see next to the pool, that is the owners. There is a guest house begind that building, the rooms are in that one. The pool is the main attraction, it is a beauty with a nice view of nature surrounds it. The breakfast was nice. The owner is a very kind lady. Although she seems a little too picky and extra cautious while giving the directions and rules at the orientation tour, at least we felt like it. We couldn’t get the “feel yourself at home” perception. But other than that the boutique hotel is a charm. Thank you for everything.
