Sebastian was very kind and friendly. Was very cooperative about our rather late arrival and made our short but pleasant stay very smooth. House is big, rooms are neat and not cramped. Arriving in the evening after a hard, sporty and sweaty day to be welcomed by a already heated and ready to-go floating sauna from where you could dip straight into the refreshing lake and then take a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi was superb. We were even sad that we had to leave so soon... I think the photos in the advertisement were not doing the house justice.

All the hotel staff I had contact with (restaurant, reception and houseman) were not only friendly and pleasant, they also did more than they were supposed to do. For example, they explained to me how to charge my electric car. Since the sauna was fully booked, I was upgraded to a room with a small private sauna in the bathroom, when I was leaving the house janitor ran into me and had a very pleasant small talk with me, he even spoke German, that was a very pleasant conversation. The hotel is located in an idyllic area, a small lake is in front of the door, a pretty garden pavilion is on the premises. The bar was very cozy, the breakfast was especially nicely decorated and I could additionally choose one of five hot dishes (I took pancakes with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and a delicious sauce), that was just delicious. There I would like to go again with pleasure.

What a fantastic find ... we were in Finland for a family wedding & wanted somewhere our group could chill out afterwards & Villa Gaia couldn't gave been more perfect ... Sebastian was super responsive before & during our stay ... even when we managed to lock ourselves out! Villa Gaia is more equipped than my own home ... we were a group of 9 and had loads of space ... you couldn't ask for a better location ... the train station is a 15 min walk away ... the local supermarket is a 10 min walk away and is well-stocked. The view is amazing ... we sat out on the deck watching the wildlife & even caughtvsight if a little deer ... if you can't tell we absolutely loved our stay!

The price-quality ratio and being close enough to the city center by public transport. Having a fully equipped room with a stove, microwave, washing machine, fridge, etc. was also a big plus. Finally, sleeping was very nice due to the bed and also the silence during the night.

Nice, comfy and fresh hotel in the Arena building. Good central location, easy access to arena if needed. And if not, nice location still. I think the best breakfast in town, good quality, nice fresh and healthy options. Recommended :)

The studio was great, has everything you need for a short stay. Bed was very comfy, kitchen has good facilities to make some quick meals, bathroom is a very good size and you have big built in wardrobe as well. The location is really good and you can easily walk to most of the attractions in centre Tampere, I only used the bus one of the days and that was just to save on time.
