Amazing experience. It is remote, but that makes it an excellent location for experiencing the wild and watching the aurora. The facilities and the room was very well. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. I enjoyed my time there and will definitely return to this place.

Very cosy house in the middle of trees. Everything inside you need. I enjoyed the walks and the trips to Inari- bus stops in front and is in time Päivi is a very nice host, helps in anything and cooks very good.

The cabin was charming, we found it very romantic also. We liked the loneliness, the private sauna, and the gadget to make the stay better (sauna shower head, headlamp, sink+plastic container as faucet)

The house was very nice and it was very quiet on the lake at night. It was a very strange experience. The host was very welcoming, responded to all messages promptly, picked us up and dropped us off in the car, booked a delicious dinner by the stove, and experienced the sauna. We needed to leave by bus at 7am, the host pulled the hut back to the station early and cooked us a delicious breakfast, thank you very much. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we did not see the aurora. It will come again next time.

This hotel is on the shore of Lake Inari and next to Motorway E75. It has a sauna and a gourmet Lapland restaurant with lake views. Guests can enjoy free WiFi and free parking.

What can I say... Such an inspiration! One of the most wonderful places I have lived in so far. And I say "lived", because since I entered the main door I didn't feel like a mere customer, to whom you give the keys and that's it: I was warmly welcomed by Kinga and Kevin, the two brave guys that run this place along with the other talented members of the staff, and from the first moment I realized this is a one-of-a-kind place. Immersed in the quietness and wilderness of the North of Inari region, it's located off the beaten track as the activities they organize: I had the chance to experience artic skiing and meet a Sami reindeer herder simply living the moment, surrounded by nature and guided by people that respect it, promoting a mindful type of tourism. I had time to look around, have a chat on how it is to manage a place like this, recharge in one of their smallest yet super-cozy wooden cabins (although they offer plenty of other bigger accommodations), and taste their delicious food. If you find yourself nearby, you have to stop at least for a coffee... you will leave with a big smile and your heart full. It's so uplifting to see that places - and people - like these are out there, striving to do things differently day by day. Four days were definitely not enough, I look forward to coming again!!

Everything ! Perfect quiet place by the lake. Reindeers come everyday to walk on the frozen lake. Perfect spot to see northern lights ! We had a lot of chance to see them almost everyday, just coming out from the lodge. Well equiped, you don't have to be worried to miss something. Perfect for a couple or with childdren. Easy to find with a GPS and only 30 minutes away from Inari. We used the Kota to celebrate New-Year's eve, you can find wood in the local behind the lodge. Also snowshoes, warm clothes and many stuff available for free. Thank you Christoph and Rosa for having us and let us spend such a nice moment by your lodge !
