This hotel has a beautiful historic exterior that really stands out—people walking by would literally stop and admire it! The atmosphere is full of charm. The front desk staff were all super friendly and professional, making me feel very welcome. My room was incredibly spacious, with an amazing bathroom—and I was so happy to have a bathtub! Best of all, the view of Toledo from my window was absolutely unforgettable. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!P.S. When the elevator wasn’t working from the 3rd to the 2nd floor, one of the cleaning staff immediately helped carry my suitcase down the stairs. She was amazing—such great service!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!! The rooms are exceptionally designed and clean, including the highest quality sheets and towels. Everything about the apartment was exceptional. It was so clean and comfortable and really well equipped. Lots of extra touches that made our stay extra enjoyable. The location is really good. Easy to get into the town but also easy to lose your bearings. We had to use GPS on our phone a couple of times which wasn’t a problem. Wear comfy shoes as it is very cobbled under foot and very hilly. All in all really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this accommodation.
