This is a spacious, well designed 5 star hotel with possibly the best service ever and amenities for babies / children and adults alike. The location is prime. The breakfast on the terrace is world-class with views of the bay. With all these great aspects, I will still single out the staff as the standout differentiator that made our long weekend truly memorable.

The staff were incredible - they were very helpful if we needed a taxi, recommendations or help extending our stay (which we decided to do as it was so amazing). The location to the beach was within 2 minute walk (making it easy to go to and from the room during the day, whilst stationed at the beach) and the restaurant at the hotel for breaky/dinner was stunning.

The customer service was exceptional, upon arriving there was confusion with the booking; Alejandro Fernandez went above and beyond to rectify the reservation, we learned right before check out our flight was delayed then cancelled adding an additional night was a smooth process. Amazing hotel and stay in ibiza. The staff and atmosphere at Nativo are all very nice. The location is perfect, very close to the center of St Eularia and a very easy and short drive to the other main parts of the island. Very clean and service is all very good. Truly one of THE Best experience. Right from beginning communication was excellent, staff were very helpful. Accommodation was super clean, large and airy. Mini bar a bit expensive, but let’s not forget hotel do have 5star. Food was exceptionally good and service was outstanding. Particularly tuna special was out of this world. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and 100% I’ll be back.
