We were lucky to receive an upgrade to a room with wonderful sea & lagoon view. Rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage, large TV and a super balcony. Ours had a view over the amazing private beach that surrounds the Palace hotel, over the entrance to the lagoon and all the ship entering and the desert on the other side. Unforgettable panorama at dawn (05.30h in April) and technicolor sunsets :-). Totally quiet at night. Super attentive room service; waterbottles and fruit. - The garden with the numerous large palm trees, its large lawns and its sea of flowers is meticulously kept. Fresh towels are provided daily for the pool and the beach. The very long pontoon offers fantastic views for everybody. Snorkeling is possible from there or on a large portion of the beach. Colourful fish everywhere. Highly recommended scuba diving center is right near the Palace Pickalbatros with lessons and excursions. - We loved the food, especially the egyptian and the indian dishes. We started our days with omelettes, pancakes freshly made for breakfast, incredible goyavas fresh and pressed. -The entrance to the Palace Pickalbatros hotel is truly majestic, as is the large lobby and the bar with its terrace overlooking the artificial lagoon of the neighboring hotel . - All staff in the amazing Palace Pickalbatros hotel are very well trained and respectful. They work really hard to make guests feel at home and pampered. A big thanks and congratulations to the manager, Mr Mina for the amazing job.

The location of the compound is perfect - right in the heart of Port Ghalib marina, close to restaurants, bars, cafés, but still very quiet. Parking is provided. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, well furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed is big and comfortable, there is a huge refrigerator with freezer, very big TV and spacious bathroom. The staff is very polite and helpful and the service is very good. They bring two bottles of water every day and change towels and sheets upon request, as well as cleaning. Great terrace with an amazing view of the lagoon! Nice swimming pools and surroundings. The beach is 6-7 minutes walking through marina and is quite big and nice with a coral reef, very good for snorkeling. They provide beach towels every day. All in all very nice experience, we highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!

Very attentive and friendly staff throughout. The Hotel Manager, the reception staff, and everybody else were very courteous and helpful and I felt well taken care of. They even have a guest relations Manager, (Nancy Mahmoud I think) who was super friendly and arranged dinner at the beach. I loved the pools and my room - everything worked as expected with decent WiFi and AirCon. The food was good for a buffet style - it did get crowded at breakfast and while it wasn't always top quality the value for money is superb. There was a good mix of buffet classics and local cuisine although I would have liked a bit more information about the local foods! The special dinner option is a quality step up for sure. There are plenty of bars for drinks and snacks and there is an air conditioned Gym available too. All in all I had a great stay!

We had so much fun that since we are back home we dance every night with your move:Yallah Yallah!; GYM attendant: Mr. Mohamed is the best physioterapist ever. He helped us a lot for our back problems and teach us good exercises; POOL guardian: Ayman was taking care of us every day and always with a smile; RESTAURANTS: ALL your team is amazing, very professional, always making sure that nothing is missing from our table, also CHEFS who serves the food explained always what they were serving; Our favourite restaurant is MASHAWI Restaurant: we would like to mention an amazing service from Abu Gabel, Ebd Al Ram, Hamad, Hasan, Osman and all BAR Team and Ahmed Gaber Anicar. Every day we take our Espresso at the LOBBY BAR and we dont order cause Hamir already knows it and he bring it to us also very good service from Abd Alla BREAKFAST at the Sultan Buffet Restaurant usually served by Ahmed a very helpful and professional guy. The woman of the bread: I wish I was able like you to do my bread A very big thank you to Mr. Yasser working @pier and pool, we speak so much with him, he knows everything about turtles and dolphins 2 MAINTENANCE guys doing a job with some tubes in front of the yoga room by the beach and they spend only 15 minutes, did the job perfectly and always with a smile; GARDENERS taking amazing care of your beautiful plants PAINTERS fast and professional; Please excuse us if we forgot to mention someone really ALL the staff is amazing.
