We were provided with an upgrade to the beautiful sea-view room which we really enjoyed. During our stay we needed a medicine and we were provided with one from the doctor in the clinic placed at the hotel. The time we checked-out we were also provided with a room to take a shower in. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and kind and make us feel like at home. Both food at the main restaurant and drinks at the bars were high quality and tasty.

Almost everything here is absolutely superb. All the staff are fantastic, friendly, and always willing to help. Choices of food are amazing with a very very delicious mixed grill night. Facilities are in a top notch condition, very clean everywhere. Beach is absolutely amazing. Will definitely recommend if you are searching for a resort to relax.

Room and bathroom were huge and clean. Pools were beautiful and the floor anywhere around always maintained white and dry. Private beach which was perfect for snorkeling: on the right side there were amazing corals and all kinds of fish ( lion fish, stingray,puffer fish and fishes that r shiny and colorful like rainbows.) On the left side, you can find sea turtles and dugong, they come every morning. Food was fantastic, they have different bread and pastries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. customized omletts and fresh pancake for breakfast. Freshly cooked pasta, kebab and sliced beef for dinner, and a lot of other dishes.

The guest house is very nice, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Its location is convenient, just a 10–15 minute walk from the center, and the neighborhood feels safe both day and night. Breakfast was delicious and varied each morning, and if you need to leave early, they kindly prepare a takeaway for you. The true highlight, however, is the host, Mesho—always helpful, reliable, and caring, just like having a friend looking after you in Egypt. Truly grateful for the experience!

Wonderful and acommodating staff! The room is big, clean and cleaned daily, all toileterries provided, terrace is wonderful, equipped and beautiful view inclusive of sound of the waves! 😊 The pool is big, area around is spacious and all staff is extremely kind and helpful. I liked that its stress free zone, no overcommunication but just as normal. They promote wellness and peace, have beautiful gardens and nice beach access with jetties. Wonderful Karen's room, free fruit all day, clean water to drink, and many more details. The two main highlights for me are - cuisine, that means kitchen and their staff! They are simply wonderful, dishes are carefully curated with daily selection and fresh, specific good tastes where you find adequate mix of traditional and modern. Yhe staff greets us for every meal and is wonderful to communicate with, always helpful and nice coffee on spot, desserts as well. The chef is great person and super kind! Another one is Red Sea Project next to lodge, its a must visit!!! Their organisation, daily trips, knowledgable staff and commitment to values of nature, its preservation and no mass tourism is what striked us. We went to daily excursion to Wadi Gemal and half day excursion where we saw green turttle and dugong, its a lifetime experience and I well recommend you support their cause! All in all, the fantastic 5 days ending to our two weeks trip, simply 5 stars!

Very charming place to see how someone’s dreams come true. We had fantastic stay. The owner Mr.Amr was exceptionally friendly and made every effort to fully satisfy his guests. He knows how to treat his visitors so that they feel like royalty. Special assistance at visiting nearby beaches and amazing viewpoints reflected in unforgettable moments. Hotel management and the staff were very attentive also. Location - for sure future top class and luxury resort facilities with unforgettable roof top view, high comfort and cleanness, good hygiene, tasty breakfast and specially selected meals, comfortable and cozy public areas, evening gatherings with free tea and snacks. Nice and extremely kind personnel! Highly recommended! The Reef House Team thank you!

It was a most beautiful resort in the red sea. It was a second time visit here. My families told me that it is like a dream. The staffs was so friendly, kind and professional. I asked them for birthday cake of one of my family. They prepared a great dinner table and lovely small cake and congratulations songs. It was so impressive experience of my life. Thank you enough for you staff's all efforts. Every morning open my eyes, I could see a beautiful view and restaurants was great also. Main restaurant's food was perfect and Sand restaurant was also immaculate. They served us sufficient all I wanted. Especially my mather felt happy here. she told me she came the place like a heaven. If I have a chance to come here again, I'll do. Thank you so much while the days I stayed.
