Our recent honeymoon stay at Pickalbatros Sea World Resort in Marsa Alam was absolutely phenomenal, unforgettable, excellent and perfect. From the very first moment at the front desk, we were greeted with outstanding hospitality. A special mention must go to Mr. Islam at reception, whose professionalism, warm welcome, and efficient check-in set the perfect tone for our entire stay. He was consistently helpful, patient, and smiling whenever we had any inquiries. Furthermore, we were incredibly impressed by the efforts of the Public Relations team, especially Bianka. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is remarkable. She checked in on us regularly with genuine care, ensured everything was to our liking, and her positive, cheerful attitude truly enhanced our experience. She is a great asset to your resort. The food was outstanding! A special thank you to the management of the Executive Chef, Chef Khaled Hassanin, for the delicious and varied cuisine that made every meal a delight, the quality and presentation of the food were exceptional. Every single staff member we encountered – from housekeeping and animation to restaurant and pool staff – contributed to this wonderful atmosphere with their constant smiles, professional service, and swift response to any request. The resort itself is magnificent. We were deeply impressed by the high level of cleanliness, the perfect organization, the comfort of the rooms, and the quality of the amenities. The overall peaceful and joyful atmosphere made our stay perfectly relaxing. In summary, thank you for providing a distinguished and high-quality hospitality experience. It was the perfect blend of excellent facilities and, most importantly, an exceptional human touch. We will definitely return and recommend Pickalbatros Sea World Resort to everyone. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The architecture in Nubian style creates a cozy atmosphere, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. I especially loved that the rooms are set in single-story Nubian-style houses with spacious terraces. There’s a thoughtful attention to every detail of the guest experience. The rooms are small but very cozy, and the bed is extremely comfortable. All the staff are attentive and genuinely caring. The beach is stunning, with a reef in excellent condition and full of diverse marine life. Meeting an octopus was an unforgettable experience. The food delights with both its variety and sophistication. This is definitely a place I would love to return to.

Very nice and clean apartment. Amazing sea view, perfect location. Near is many shops, restaurants, coffe shops, nice calm place for walking here. Fully equipped kitchen. We had always hot water, washing machine in apartment. Whenever we needed something Mr. Mohammad kindly help us, everything was was quick, smooth. We highly recommend the accommodation.

This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment and I would book it again and again! the apartment is clean, has everything you need, nothing is missing! lots of space and everything new for a great price! The view is great and the apartment is in a great location in El Qusair! very central! The owner is also super friendly, always available and takes care of everything!
