Booked very last minute but the host was so helpful and accommodating. it's located in a nice neighborhood and the building is very modern with secure parking for our motorcycle. This is behind a high gate and electric fence. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The shower is lovely and hot and high pressure, one of the best we've had in Ecuador. It was only an overnight stop for us but it was very restful. Only feedback would be the checkout time is early at 10am. Most our at least 11am. Also it's needs some thicker curtains in the bedrooms as the street lights remain on all night.

Everything from start to finish was amazing. The owner was friendly, helpful and generally a nice man. The bed and room were very comfortable. Location perfect - right next to the square and tram (but the rooms are set far back in the property so it’s perfectly silent). Very nice looking accommodation

The co-workers of the hotel were really professional, kind and helpful. This hotel is safe and clean. I'd like to coming back again.

This establishment is excellent. The breakfast was fantastic and the hosts are most helpful and gracious. I support the wonderful reviews others have left for this guesthouse. The WiFi is very fast, strong and consistent. I wish all the places I've stayed in South America were of this quality.

I absolutely loved this little hotel! It's quaint, cosy and the family who run it are absolutely amazing!!! About a week before my arrival Germania, the owner, contacted me and we exchanged WhatsApp numbers so that I could keep in touch upon arrival in Ecuador. Once I landed in Cuenca, she texted me and gave me directions to the hotel. t is actually only a 10 minute walk from the airport terminal, and even pulling a small suitcase it was an easy walk. However on the way back to the terminal the next day I splashed out on a taxi - which was $3 (USD)!!! Germania and her daughter made me feel so welcomed in what was effectively their house. There's an indoor garden with palm trees growing. When I was there it was raining but despite the open sided roof, it was completely dry. The rooms are modern, large and have a very comfy bed. The next morning I had to leave at 5am (I skipped the free breakfast so I could have an extra 15 minutes in bed!) and when I went downstairs to leave Germania had got up early to help me on my way. She booked a taxi to the airport and waited til it arrived. **This was without doubt the nicest 'little' hotel I've ever stayed in, anywhere in the world** I promise I'll come back to visit for longer next time!!

The guesthouse was really beautiful and comfy. It was clean and tidy and it had hot water (something that is not to be taken for granted in Ecuador). The kitchen was super spacious and well equipped and the view from the balcony exceptional. The location was also really good, close to the city center and not far from the bus terminal. Also, the people that run the house were really friendly, polite and helpful. We actually changed a couple of hostels while in Cuenca cause they didn't meet our expectations (like hot water for example) and we found this one to be a perfect fit. Bella Vista is definitely a place to go back to if ever again in the city.

Sofia, the host, was very friendly and helpful. A beautiful place, and was spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast and possible to have it early if needed. Convenient location a few minutes from the main plaza. Nice to have a roof top veranda. A beautiful small garden on the ground floor. I stayed för a total of 9 nights and would not hesitate to come back.
