Great place in a quiet location. It has great potentsiaal If they finish all the work outside. Had all the necessary things like microwave, oven, dishwasher. Free parking in front of the building. Easy to find If you have an Iphone, because Iphone Maps was the only thing that navigated us in front of the building.

comfy beds, kitchen with cooking utensils with fridge and freezer (great for summer and ice cream :)), great location for tourism in Souhlas Moravia - all within 30min drive (including Brno), outdoor seating with bbq and swimming pool was amazing (it is shared with other 3apartments), the owners are very friendly and helpful. You can buy a bottle of wine from local producer from the owners.. other wineries are within easy 15-20min walk..

Fantastic, cozy and comfortable place, very friendly and helpful staff. We've stayed overnight travelling from ski resort in Italy - wish we stayed longer and spend more time visiting the surrounding wine estates. Definitely book option with the breakfast - and do not miss opportunity to buy an excellent Moravian wine.
