This villa comfortably accommodates 14 people in 7 bedrooms, and there are also two additional sofas – one in the living room and one in a bedroom. The villa is very spacious and well-designed: the living room and kitchen are large and cozy, and the bedrooms are also very comfortable (just note that one of the bedrooms doesn't have windows). The pool was very clean. There are two large dining tables in the house, along with plenty of chairs and sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and hosting a party or barbecue – with ice buckets, a huge number of plates, glasses, cups, a toaster, a good coffee machine, a large fridge, etc. The bed was very comfortable, with several pillows and high-quality bedding. The lower-level bedrooms have a stunning view of the pool. We were also pleasantly surprised to find another small kitchen and a nice bathroom on the lower floor (there are four bathrooms in total). You can park 2–3 cars on the property, and there is additional parking near the villa, along with a café and a taverna nearby. The host, Kristina, is very kind and welcoming and was always available if we needed anything. We will definitely stay in this house again!

The property is beautiful, well equipped, clean and accommodation. Stavros left goodies for us in the refrigerator and in the morning greeted us with fine pastries from the local bakery. The garden, the view and the house are all beautiful, furnished with good taste and care. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer.

we needed a close place to stay nearest to larnica airport as flights got delayed. I booked and called the owners immediately. Got a warm welcome straight away. The house was very big with everything and more. It was late at night and the owners met us with such kindness and warmth after a very stressful time. They went above and beyond to settle us in. Everything was amazing.The staff at reception were extremely helpful . The hotel was spotlesslly clean and inviting. I would recommend this as the best hotel by far in Larnaca. Breakfast was 5 star service with too much variety.

The location, three minutes from both the beach and Finikoudes bus station, was incredibly convenient. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the bed provided utmost comfort, ensuring a restful stay. Additionally, I greatly appreciated the host's exceptional assistance; accommodating an early check-in by two hours truly made my experience seamless and enjoyable.

A very good hotel in a great location! Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Friendly and welcoming staff, good breakfasts. Bus stop is about 2 minutes walk from the hotel. There are many different restaurants nearby but I would like to recommend the one which was our favourite - Alexander. The food was amazing, seafood and fish were very delicious. Would definitely stay in Sun Hall Hotel again!
