This was so worth going out of our way for - it is a magical property built with love, set in a magical setting with stunning views, great nature, great walks and efficient, helpful and kind hosts. This whole venture is clearly a huge labour of love built on great values and it shows with everything they do and provide - including completely fresh milk daily from the ‘nearest cow’ at breakfast!

YES, you must go there. Great place with lots of activities. Travis took us out in the nice old life boat 'Nicoya Queen'. Went to the prisoner island and Travis made the best lobster we've ever had. Thanks :) The breakfast is excellent. Nice traditional Tico breakfast or best: Travis' special egg benedict! Not to forget: You can also borrow canoes and go on a trip yourself. The service staff was great! Irvin, Rafael and Rene went above and beyond. They were fun to chat with, extremely good at their jobs and kind. Alejandro and Christian did great jobs on all the tours. The room was amazing and it had such a beautiful view. Would highly recommend anyone to visit.

Very peaceful location and stay, spacious communal kitchen, comfortable room with good shower, Glenda and Chalo (fluent in English) were excellent with plenty of information about tours, restaurants and things to see, pool was great for a refreshing dip at the end of the day, Bela the dog is very friendly, I would definitely stay here again
