The breakfast was fantastic! A fruit plate, arepa or bread with any kind of egg you could wish for, as well as freshly squeezed juice and coffee from the farm. The chef is the sweetest man, and really skilled at both cooking and presenting the food. He also remembers how you prefer your coffee and always serves it the way you like it best. In addition, he pays attention to you throughout the day and, for example, brings you water by the pool. Also the host helped us with a very flexible transportation from the property. The coffee tour was amazing and I will recommend it to everyone. You both get to pick coffee beans in the fields, see how the coffee is made, have a lecture on the history and science of coffee and have a coffee tasting with five different brewed coffees and a skilled guide.

An absolutely gorgeous place to be. We were impressed by the bamboo glas structure in the middle of the coffeetrees surrounded by banana plants and flowers. We loved showering outside in the open air shower within nature but well shielded. The view from the site was stunningly beautiful, including a fish pond where you could catch your fish for your dinner! Lina, a very nice and competent woman prepared it for us with banana fritters. She also brought us the breakfast in the mornings and it also was possible to order dinner in the evenings wich were sent by a nearby restaurant. The mini bar is well equipped with all kind of drinks, beer and wine to a very fair and moderate price. We enjoyed the whirpool situated on the terasse in the evenings. Also you have the option to use the pool wchich is situated near the entrance, 2min to walk. The personal coffee tour with Alejandro was very interesting and informative! Juliana, the owner and manager is very caring and it was always easy to get in contact with her. We wish the family and the whole staff all the best for the future! Thank you!

A really amazing place for anyone looking for a more authentic stay in Colombia's coffee region. Carolina and Jorge were very nice and welcoming and the place was perfect for what we were looking for. Really good, traditional breakfast every day, beautiful view from the window of our place and lots of peace and quiet. Jorge and Carolina also did a tour of the coffee plantation with a coffee tasting session that was really enjoyable. Hope to stay here again!

We could write a long list of things that we loved about this property. To start, the grounds and view are absolutely stunning. We could see all the way to Manizales from the property! Our kids spent hours playing on the swing set, playing soccer, playing billiards, and swimming in the pool. In the evenings we watched Netflix in the room. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and Carolina, the host, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. She even took us on a tour of the coffee farm for a reasonable fee. We learned so much, had fun, and got to taste different varieties of amazing coffee! We ate every item on the menu at the on-site restaurant, and each was deliciously prepared by Lilianna, who adapted items for a vegetarian family member, and was so patient with our poor Spanish. We were very comfortable in our big room and the beds we so comfortable, when sharing with our kids we couldn't tell when they were rolling over. We slept, ate, and spent time well at Villa Clara. Highly recommended!

Hands down one of the best and loveliest boutique hotels I ever stayed in. Suites are more than generous, love to detail is beyond belief and the location is amazing, if you want to disconnect. Quality of the kitchen is simply outstanding and the people go out of their way to accommodate you. Special mention deserves our waiter Don Jorge!

The place was really nice and clean .. it has so beautiful views and good for kids too, I got a 2 and 6 year old and they didn’t want to leave .. also Andres was a really good host , always friendly .. definitely will be back .. breakfast was really nice too ..

Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the views over the town whilst swimming were fabulous. The views from the whole property are amazing. Lovely staff who looked after us well and were very friendly. Safe parking which is essential for us.
