The suggested itinerary comprised all the most beautiful scenery spots in Zhangjiajie and the route was optimized in such a way that we didn't have to stay in queue. The host and his team are very accommodating. The room is comfortable. We recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and a perfect location. The property is situated right next to the entrance of the Zhangjiajie park, which makes exploring incredibly convenient. At the same time, it is tucked away in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by breathtaking mountains. It feels like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of the city — peaceful, relaxing, and immersed in nature. Breakfasts deserve a special mention. They are not only delicious but also very generous in size — honestly, I could easily split them into two meals. Everything was fresh and nicely presented, which made mornings an absolute pleasure. The staff is another highlight of this hotel. Everyone we met was polite, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. And I have to give a HUGE thank you to Winnie. She was our hero during the entire trip — patiently answering all our endless questions, helping us plan routes, and even staying available 24/7 when we needed advice. She even provided us with beautifully designed maps that were so clear and detailed, other travelers asked us where we had gotten them. With Winnie’s support, we never felt lost or uncomfortable for even a moment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. After a long day of exploring, it was a joy to return to such a calm and well-kept space. I also appreciated the little touches — from thoughtful amenities to the warm hospitality that made the hotel feel more personal than many larger, chain properties. If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service, stunning surroundings, and true relaxation, this hotel is the perfect choice. I left with only the best impressions and would love to come back again.

The location is wonderful, the staff is so kind and very helpful, they are always willing to make you feel great and they explained us all the routes. They also fixed the reservation of a big car for all of us because we had lots of suitcases. 100% recommended!

Rooms are big and cozy, a perfect place to relax and be spoiled. Reception staff is helpful, especially Lily who speaks a very good english, a plus in China!

The hotel is clean and very comfortable. But the best was the personal Service, there is a girl and a madam (I am bad with names) that help planning, the visit to different atraccions; such as The forest park and the grand canon. The young girl speak very good english, facilitating everything. But even the madam that speak only chinese, she is very kind and do everything to explain you what you have to do. They Aditionally help me booking tickets for the terracota warriors, letting me using the hotel chineses number (I did not have).

A beautiful hotel with an excellent location. The manager is really helpful and friendly and perfect guide for the area around the hotel. The room was very well furnished and spacious. The breakfast is beyond. The dog Popeye is so cute. Zhangjiajie national park is a must see.

This hotel was simply amazing — we had a wonderful stay. It’s located in a peaceful area with stunning mountain views. The staff arranged a transfer from our previous hotel and, upon arrival, helped us organise our visits to the mountains — really lovely team. The room was very comfortable and offered beautiful views. We also enjoyed free transfers from the hotel to Wulingyuan. The breakfast was simple but lovely, and we had dinner there too, which was really nice. This hotel is a hidden gem and we highly recommend it. P.S. There were some adorable dogs and even a playful monkey that appeared from time to time!

The help from the manager was invaluable. We arrived late and she organised all our tickets at a discounted rate as well as giving us very helpful instructions on how to navigate the park. She even helped with our didi when we were unable to organise one.

Location, clean room - everything was perfect. But the best thing is personel of the hotel - helped us with the rout, tickets and transport. Thank you!
