We loved our stay at Hotel SANHE! The place is beautifully designed, rooms are spacious and look just like the photos. The staff were incredible and the highlight of our stay – super kind, helpful, and arranged all our tours perfectly. Communication was the easiest we had in China. Great location for visiting Zhangjiajie National Park with free shuttle provided by the hotel. Would totally stay here again!

We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style. Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Avobe the facilities, we want to mention the amazing customer service. We had a full dedication from each person, even prior arriving to the hotel, they helped us with transportation from the airport, purchasing the tickets for the national park and assisttance for the hotel facilities.A 10. The hotel is near the east gate of National Forest Park. It's convenient for both Scenic Area and stations. The location is pretty well and there are also many restaurants nearby. The room is clean with breakfast delicious. Highly recommended!!

This hotel is really lovely and perfect! The beds were super comfortable, they have mattresses that you can warm up. After a cold hiking day this was the best thing. Rebecca is a very kind person and she helped us with booking the tickets of the park and drove us to the entrance for free (only 5 min). I would stay here again!!

We stayed at All Seasons Lodge with 2 families for 3 nights for our visits to the National Park and Canyon and we really recommend this hotel! All the staff (3) are super friendly and helpful. The frontdesk boy helped us planning the trip even before we arrive. He helped us buying tickets of the National Park, Canyon and Tianmen Mt and gave us advise which routes to take and also give us restaurant recommendations. He even helped me out of an argue with a bad caishier of a snack store nearby, forcing me to pay twice with my Alipay. He walked with us to the shop helped me clarify and finally get my money back! The hotel itself was comfortable and has everything you need (good bed, shower, toiletries, breakfast, washing machine, dryer).
