Gavin is a lovely host, he made us feel so welcome and accommodated a last minute date change and an early check in hassle free. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Our stay here was excellent. One of the receptionists knew english so the check in process was much smoother compared to the majority of accommodations in Haikou. Great staff, professional and they even helped us book a taxi for very early in the morning. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom as well. Great value for money. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Haikou, this is it.

The staff were friendly and helpful even they couldn't speak much English. One of them help us to call an Uber car to the airport and she only took less then the amount since we didn't have the right change. It was a bit far from there to the old town street where the restaurants and shops were. We do recommend this place to stay.

The room was lovely, the bed so comfortable. The staff couldn´t do enough for your stay. We used the gym which was resourced well, and the pool. The environment was lovely and the two restaurants served excellent food. The breakfast had good variety and there was always someone on hand to assist in English. There was daily room service and a turn down service in the evening. Enjoyed our stays immensely.
