The location is great - very close to the lake. The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. There are 3 cabins, each with its utility area where the washer and dryer are located - we used both :). Parking is in the internal yard behind a closed fence. Recommended place!

We had an awesome stay at Maki - the room was very clean, bright, modern and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, and the location was brilliant. The stand out for us was the exceptional reception staff who went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. They helped us book tours, provided great recommendations and were very flexible and accommodating. If you are paying at the property, you will need to pay by credit card or cash (debit card incurs a substantial fee), so we had to get out cash (pesos) and then convert it to USD at a local currency exchange kiosk. Was easy enough to do but was unexpected. Would highly recommend Maki! We loved our time in Pucon.

Hotel staff is really nice, location is great, it has a private parking lot and breakfast is nice too. We got a room with a clear view of the volcano, which was awesome. The bed was comfortable, the room size is great and it was very well cleaned.

Comfortable room with adequate storage in closets and cabinets for bags and clothing. Delicious, hearty breakfast. Good location in residential area and very walkable to commercial district for shops and restaurants. Off-street parking a plus.

Great apartment with lots of room, volcano views from the bedroom, and secure parking. Very short walk into town for all of the restaurants and bars, but still quiet in the evening. Very friendly owners, who will give you great advice on where to visit with the time you have available.

Excellent hotel in a great location in Pucon. Super friendly and helpful staff. Secure offstreet parking. Great location with easy walking distance to the lake front and into the main areas of town. Good wifi, decent bathroom.

The Loft Pucon is wonderful. I highly recommend. It is very clean and comfortable. Parking is included which is fantastic as parking in the city is expensive and challenging. We stayed for two nights. Once we arrived, we left our car parked and walked everywhere. It is a 10-minute walk to the downtown area. Easy. We thoroughly enjoyed and felt very safe in the gated location. The owners are extremely friendly and very helpful offering ideas as to wear to eat and hike.
