Beautiful apartments, very comfortable beds, high-quality renovation, everything is clean. There is a road nearby, and we were worried it would be noisy, but it’s very well-made, and it was very quiet. The location is great, and free parking is very convenient.

The hotel has an incredible staff - without exception, everyone was pleasant, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, assisted and valued. However, a special shout-out goes to each of Gustavo and Patrick at the front door, to Kimberly on the front desk, and to Diego in the Club Room, all of whose services were personally appreciated by us. This hotel is the perfect place to relax after a long flight to Chile or to wrap up a vacation there. Absolutely the best!

The flat itself was in a great area, with a really nice view. Had AC, bed was big and really comfy with a TV to watch. Very clean. Nothing to dislike. Also, the host was super helpful when we accidentally left something behind, and helped us to collect it, whilst offering restaurant recommendations for the local area too.
