The apartament was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. There’s a bus stop just round the corner so you can easily and quickly reach the very centre of Lugano, also a couple of supermarkets in the neigborhood. The self check-in was very easy. The owner made sure to provide all the necessary details, instructions and helpful tips as well as additional information on attractions in the area, recommendations on restaurants, etc.

The apartment is well equipped with toiletries, quality kitchenware (great knives!), tea and coffee, toys, etc. The communication with the manager was really effective and quick.
