The hotel restaurant is of high quality with a modern twist. Breakfast on the terrace is a joy. Charging is available in the covered car park. The pool area was superb.

Location is fantastic! Restaurant was very good . They accommodated our daughters food allergies which makes traveling easier. The room was nice and spacious with green air . Staff is so friendly. We will be back to stay here .

Everything was just superb, starting from detailed instructions on getting to and into apartment up to amenities, comfort , and cleanness. Free parking is a valuable bonus in Lugano. Great choice of accommodation in Lugano! Cozy, clean and comfortable place. Very attentive hostess since before our arrival. Very easy to locate the hosting and access it, with all the expected security. Complete accommodation, perfect for a few days in Lugano. It's not located in the center of Lugano, but that wasn't a problem as it's just a few meters from the lake shore.

The apartment has an unbeatable view of the Lugano landscape and the neighborhood is really quiet. The apartment is well equipped with toiletries, quality kitchenware (great knives!), tea and coffee, toys, etc. The communication with the manager was really effective and quick. The private parking is a big plus too!
