The staff were amazing and went out of their way to respond to questions and help us out. The rooms were really comfortable and had excellent bathrooms. They had emailed us before to find out the configuration of the rooms so it was great to find that our kids had a twin bedroom and not a double that often happens. You get a pass for the local transport with the hotel which was fantastic so we could travel around on the buses for free. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options for us to choose from. The hotel has access via its own underground tunnel to the local swimming pool with a fantastic outside heated pool. It wasn't too busy when we were there and a real treat for us and our daughter. They even arranged a free shuttle bus to the station on our last day which was brilliant.

Everything! This family hotel is fantastic. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. The service was highly personalised. Breakfast was tasty. The rooms were nice, clean, and cosy. The spa facilities of the neighbouring Walther Hotel were lovely. They even provided a dog bed, bowls, and treats. I very much recommend staying here.

The room was super cozy, nicely decorated (as the whole hotel), really clean. The hotel has an awesome wellness area with three saunas, a chill space with tea, water, and little snacks, plus an amazing view. Breakfast was included, and had a variety of delicious bread from their own bakery which is also worth visiting, as it offers some unique creations. Apart from bakery, there is also a very nice restaurant. The hotel is in a great spot, right by public transport (bus connection to the railway station and neighboring villages), shops, and the whole Engadin cross-country trail network, easy to reach on foot or by bus. They also have a skiing and waxing room, perfect for any cross-country skier. The owners and staff are super friendly, always there to help out with info or suggestions.

Amazing palace which is a proper hotel- can be compared to the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai. Lovely lounge with live piano in afternoons, heated pool, steam and sauna, excellent adn well equipped room with a superb view on two sides. The breakfast was a real treat with top notch quality, service and luxury exuding throughout the hotel. The gardens outside with the garden cafe was lovely each evening. It is a top of the line hotel with luxury and comfort every step of the way. My children were thrilled with the unlimited free minibar in the room.

We visited the Schloss Hotel & Spa Pontresina with three friends for a relaxing getaway, and we were truly amazed! The hotel is stunning, with breathtaking views that leave you speechless. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was exceptional, living up to the standards of a top-tier hotel. The Spa is incredible, even though we didn’t have time to fully enjoy its services. However, we were given an excellent tour, which convinced us of how well-organized and beautiful the space is. What truly made our stay outstanding was the hotel staff. Everyone was helpful and kind. Even when the kitchen had already closed, they managed to offer us food options with a smile and great willingness. A special mention must go to the hotel’s concierge, Mr. Corrado. He was unbelievably helpful and assisted us with absolutely everything! From organizing our transportation and suggesting activities to personally calling for train schedules and arranging lockers at the station, his support was invaluable and made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. We want to thank him especially, as he is one of the main reasons we would love to return to this hotel in the future! Overall, the Schloss Hotel & Spa Pontresina is a destination worth visiting. Excellent location, impeccable facilities, and staff that exceed every expectation. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, and we can’t wait to come back!
