We had a super memorable stay in this flat! It was lovely, very comfortable for our group of six people, and had all amenities needed. Exceptional service from all staffs from date of booking till our check out. Booking.com shocked me by cancelling my taxi booking on the eve of my check-out and I had to get the hotel staff to help me with a taxi booking. They were steady, swift and very professional. The hotel rooms are exceptionally comfy, clean and tidy. Thanks for the lovely swiss alps experience with a hotel experience that is so pleasant. The train station and the ski station is very near the hotel. So we are able to catch all the sights easily. Lastly, we went to the victorinox shop and the staff nicole was exceptionally professional and friendly. She gave such great customer service that my teacher who was travelling with us today was very impressed.
