Very friendly host and interesting conversations. The plan was to stay for one night but they had so cute goats outside that our son just adored so we stayed a second night. If our Interrail pass had not expired soon and we needed to go back to Sweden we would have stayed another night. Churwalden has the longest rodelbahn in Switzerland. Don't miss that on your stay which is a 15 minute walk from the accommodation. I can also recommend a hike up on the mountain Fulenberg above the rodelbahn if you are trying out the rodelbahn and you will save your knees a little bit on the way down.

The proximity to the train station was brilliant. We were taking the Bernina Express from Chur and I cannot think that there can be a better located hotel if you are travelling by train. The location to explore the town is equally great. The hotel rooms were contemporary and cleverly designed with all the comforts you would need. The lighting in the room was outstanding. Supremely comfortable bathrooms with great amenities. The reception and breakfast team were super efficient and friendly. The breakfast was great. Chur is lovely and in hindsight I should have booked two nights there as the town has a lot to explore. I highly recommend this hotel and would choose it again.

Tschiertschen is a magical place, and Alpina Resort is the place to stay if anyone wants to explore this area. The hotel is strategically located, offers stunning views of the village, and provides skiers and snowboarders with the ski to door option. The quality of the hotel's restaurant is very high while the service of Dimitar and the rest of the staff was exceptional, something that was highly appreciated as we stayed there during the busy Christmas period. All very friendly and always helpful. Very highly recommended. We are definitely going back to this one.

Staff incredible. Location superb (can go hiking from here much easier than from the town). Breakfast awesome. Don't be turned off by the fact that it's far from the town; you just hop on a 10 min bus to and from the city center and train station. This is one of the few hotels in Switzerland where I'd be totally cool staying here again if I came for a 2nd time (even if I forgoed the opportunity to stay at another place). It is so much worth it being in a quiet hotel high up in the mountains far from the city than to be in the hustling/bustling city. I also got an absolute steal of a deal with the price (was probably half off b/c it was a weekday in September; lots more expensive in winter).

All and all a very pleasant experience to stay at this hotel. Very clean, very organised, very lovely stay. from the recxeption staff to the restaurant staff, all very professional. Facilities, including the gym, out of the top drawer. The restaurant menu was also very comprehensive and the food was good. Ample free underground parking available. Check-in and check-out seamless.

The best family room. Wonderful view , quiet, clean and new. Every detail of it is amazing. Parking & Breakfast included. Everything so perfect. One of the best hotel I ever stay for 3-4 people.

The hotel is very nice and modern. There is a huge parking lot and a well equipped ski room. The SPA is perhaps a bit small for such a big hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and complete with any type of amenity you would need. The bed was very comfortable!

All was good, the bedroom is very small, but that is only used to sleep, so no worries. For the rest, it is very modern, the parking is a mega bonus, the views are amazing. will be going there again for sure!

A modern and modernly furnished hotel. The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Service was professional and attentive, check-in was quick. Parking in the underground garage with a lift was convenient and there were plenty of spaces. Excellent restaurant, but for dinner reservations are required even if you are a hotel guest, otherwise it is very likely that you will not succeed.
