Nice location. I was traveling for work to the Beatenberg area. The area was alittle remote but nice views of the Swiss Alps. The heating, hot water and appliances were all working. So, we were comfortable. The apartment was clean. The designated parking space worked well. The apartment had brooms and a vacuum which were a plus for a 5 day stay. Cushions for the furniture on the porch were also provided. Soap, shampoo and towels were provided. Sheets and pillows cases were nice. Wifi worked well and had password protection.

The location of the hotel is great. The hotel owner welcomed us at the hotel entrance and they were very interested. It was a friendly and warm welcome. They gave detailed answers to all the questions we asked through the application in a short time. When choosing a room, I mistakenly chose the two-storey apartment. It was an unsuitable apartment because we had a baby. But the hotel owner thought about this situation and gave us a different single-storey room. We really liked this kind gesture. We thank all employees again. If I go to Switzerland again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

For us it was a dream come true. It was a holiday of a lifetime. The view from the room is spectacular and luckily we arrived when it snowed and that made our stay a dream. When you sit in the chair at the window you have a look at the Jungfrau - Joch, etc. The kitchen is great. It has pots and pans, cutlery, plates and really everything you need. We brought some food with us and cooked it. The mattresses of the beds are good. We came with back pain and left without. The pain disappeared after one night and tomorrow when I am back we will immediately buy a mattress for me.

I loved this hotel so much, that I cancelled my accommodation elsewhere and returned to this hotel only a week after I checked out - it was, by far, the highlight of my 28-day road trip through Italy, France and Switzerland. The beautiful rooms, breathtaking views from the balcony, and the peace and quiet in the charming village of Beatenberg, will compel you to come back, again and again. What makes this hotel stand out from the rest is the kind and attentive staff - I have never experienced quite such a feeling of "being at home" in any of the hotels I have stayed in before - this hotel is very special. I was fortunate to receive a room upgrade (room with balcony) on both occasions, and was permitted a very late check-out so that I could spend some more time relaxing in my room. I enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant on New Year's Eve and, upon my return to the hotel a week later, the kind and very hospitable owner offered me dinner on the house, which was again absolutely delicious - every single dish was so tasty. The friendly chef went out of his way to ensure that the guests' dietary requirements could be accommodated. The warmth and kindness that I experienced from the lovely manager (Annette), the owner, the gentleman at reception, the chef, and the cleaning lady, made my stay just so much more enjoyable and made me feel as though I was part of the big happy family at Parkhotel Beatenberg. This makes such a huge difference, especially if you're a solo traveller more than 12,000 km away from home. If you're not 100% sure which accommodation to book, don't even hesitate - book this hotel without a doubt, you won't regret it!

Our duplex apartment was clean and the furniture was in great condition. The staff went out of their way and deserve a big compliment! The breakfast had one of the most extensive buffets I have ever seen and the quality of the food was good too. Free parking is rare in Switzerland was was very much appreciated. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

. Perfect location to see AIGER, JUNGFRAU, lake of THUN in your balcony or room through window . Very kind host, VLAD . Nearly fully equipped kitchen with strong cooktop, microwave,, kitchenware's . Larger room space than expected for three people and free parking from 7pm to 9am near hotel . Fantastic 15min driving from Interlaken to hotel . Mostly better than expected

The view.. Ahh, the view :) Perfect to wake up in the morning overlooking lake Thun and the Alps behind Wonderful Spa and pool that work until 22:00(!!) and other hotel facilities. A walk distance to the Beatenberg-Niderhorn cable car. free parking

Great location and wonderful view of the valley. Very friendly staff and good amenities (indoor parking, EV charging, swimming pool)

Fantastic location, impressive view, large room, large free parking, efficiently equipped kitchen. Good prices for Switzerland. We were a family of 4 and we had an apartment with a lake view. Nice balcony. They give you free bus tickets. 15 minutes by car to Interlaken

The receptionists were amazing and helpful. The staff in the restaurant were lovely. The breakfast was good. Free parking outside the hotel or in the garage near to the rooms. Even though I didn't go to the facilities but I can see and say they have variety of activities in the hotel. Family friendly.

The view in the room is excellent, the environment is very quiet. Free indoor parking. With paid self service washing machine.
