The apartament was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. There’s a bus stop just round the corner so you can easily and quickly reach the very centre of Lugano, also a couple of supermarkets in the neigborhood. The self check-in was very easy. The owner made sure to provide all the necessary details, instructions and helpful tips as well as additional information on attractions in the area, recommendations on restaurants, etc.

Regina is very kind and welcoming, location is great, breakfast was very good, the room and bed was very comfortable for the parents (less comfortable for the 3rd person in the room). Late check in is possible, until 9pm, and that is also an advantage, and self check-in is possible even later than 9pm but fortunately I didn't have to use it. Private parking is very convenient, though isn't for free (costs 15 CHF).

Very nicely renovated house with all the amenities you need. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, everything spotlessly clean. Owner was incredibly friendly. Good breakfast. There is a parking space in the back of the house.

Charming stay in a pitoresque swiss-italian village. Location is central (4 min walk away from the train station) and the surroundings are very authentic and charming. The stay offers continental breakfast and private parking (additional cost). The building is equipped with an elevator (very handy when carrying luggage). At breakfast, you will be served tasty coffee made on the spot at a barista-level espresso machine. Be sure to profit from your included Ticino transport pass!
