Famous for their name, it's no surprise that the Ritz-Carlton is considered one of the best hotels in Montreal. Situated in downtown Montreal, it's a great place to book if you plan on visiting the area. From the staff, service, room and cleanliness, you'll have a near perfect experience and if there's any issues, don't hesitate to contact the reception. I'd also like to give a huge shout out to Arlene who emailed me before our stay to see if I needed anything extra. She made sure our stay would have a little extra touch to make it even more special - something none of the other hotels in the area do.

Surprisingly got upgraded to a suite with a high floor so no complaints with our stay. We were only there for one night so didn't make use of any facilities. There's a public parking lot a short walk from the hotel so we parked there instead of using their valet service. Very well located as it's a short walk from the old town and several cafes. Checkout was a good time as well.

Free parking off street but car parking was a 1/2 block away. Full kitchen, well stoked. Beds very comfy and the 3 bedrooms a good size ( not too small). Coffee shop below apartment makes great coffee. Very convenient for Metro. A lot of steps up to apartment which was hard for sister with poor knees. On a kinda busy street but not much noise in apartment.
