The apartment is amazing. There is a stunning view from the balcony. You can see downtown with the Calgary Tower. Everything was spot on... From check in to check out was very smooth. The day was very enjoyable and comfortable. I Mostly like the kindness of the staff, the decoration of the rooms and the prompt response for any request. What a great location! Many restaurants, markets, and downtown activities within walking distance. The underground parking was so helpful, as it's hard to park downtown sometimes. when we needed to drive, the car was handy, safe, and protected from the weather and from theft. Annette, the owner was communicative and responsive to our needs. We really liked her, so we wanted to take care of the place for her. It was like home away from home.

Room was spacious and very well equipped for self sufficiency with all kitchen amenities, even cutlery, supplied. Breakfast was pretty good with decent choices including hot food, and included in price adding to the reasonable value. Car parking easy around the back although ground floor level did become full - although I expect there was free space in the additional underground parking. Additional charge for parking but not uncommon in city centre hotels. Location fairly central - within walking distance to all the main attractions.

We couldn't wish for a better location, right next to Calgary Tower. The hotel has a modern design, comfortable, well-equipped and soundproof rooms, amazing downtown views. The onsite parking is actually much cheaper, if you opt for parking by yourself instead of using a valet.
