Everything. The Hotel is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. It's a hidden gem and everything one needs to wind down and relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The owners do everything to make the guests feel comfortable and they're very welcoming. We had a room with a balcony and with an awesome view. There's a lot you can do in the area. North Hatley is a beautiful village at one of three lakes in the area. There're also hiking pathes and a lot of water activities. We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend it to other guests.

The location of À L'Ancestrale B&B was perfect, just a short walk from the town centre of Magog, great restaurants and stores. Lynn and Eric were the perfect hosts, their warmth and hospitality made it feel like we were visiting friends rather than just any old hotel. They were especially welcoming to our 2 year old son and made him feel right at home, so much so that he did not want to leave. The B&B is very clean and the breakfast that Lynn made was abundant and delicious. We would definitely recommend À L'Ancestrale B&B and can’t wait to visit again.
