Our best stay in the country. the hotel is better than in the pictures. very clean and comfortable. very kid friendly and kind staff. pools are wonderful and the beds are comfy. No smoke smell like in many other places and the town is lovely. the breakfast buffet is fantastic. the mountain views are great.

We had great stay there, family with two boys(10 and 5). The hotel is clean, warm, there are fun things for the kids, the pool was clean and warm. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff was so polite and willing to help. The food in the reatorant (a la carte) was great. The bartender in the lobby bar was very friendly. It looks like they care for everything in a very professional way and nothing is left on improvisation. 10 / 10 for sure!!!

A true 5-star hotel! (with a stamp) Without a doubt the best hotel in the area. Managed with care for every little detail, with a dedicated staff ready to help with anything. Clean and well-equipped rooms with mountain views, a varied spa and a breakfast that is one of the rarest you will find (recommend the legendary avocado toast). Since we are vegetarians, we enjoyed a varied evening menu at the hotel restaurant, I recommend the pastas and salads. The portions are large and the prices are definitely good. The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Heating is fully adjustable to suit your needs. There is floor heating an AC. Room is reasonably quiet. Owner of the place could not be better, always available to answer questions. Parking is available almost always around the building for free, and you have private parking if you don't find one.
