We stayed here for seven nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. As a family of four with two children, we found the two-bedroom setup very comfortable. The location was a major plus, making it easy to catch the train and travel into the city. There were some takeaway shops close by. Although it is a guest house, the stay felt private and peaceful. Both bedrooms and the living area had air conditioning units. The owner was responsive to all our queries.

This house is very comfortable for a large group (14 of us), clean and convenient. The host was v responsive, providing us additional sheets we requested as well as helping us remotely unlock the main door when we had an issue. Communication was easy and seamless. The rooms and common areas are spacious and very well laid out. This place is great value for money and relatively close to the CBD, it made for easy travel for a day trip to CBD and some parts of Great Ocean Road.

Modern comfortable upstairs room, clean, good bed and shower. Quiet room, no freeway noise. We stayed as close to the train station (on a weekend when the CBD was fully booked). Good choice of cafes, supermarket and other business on the same street. Easy parking. Didn’t use the bistro but would next time, would stay again.

The room is clean. King bed. Big enough for my wife and I and a 4 half years old boy. There are food nearby. Sufficient parking lot. No problem finding one to park my car. The staff gives clear instruction to check in and out.

We just stayed for a night but again good room for a Family. It is not a huge hotel but the basic amenities are available. Lots of shops and cafe nearby to get food and other stuff if needed. Plenty of free parking space available.

The bathtub with spa was relaxing after a day of drive on the road. Love that it’s near a lot of good eating places. Plenty of parking space.

Very clean comfy room. As it's a pokie club next door, meals and drinks are good value. No noise issues and plenty of parking. Good stop over if catching Spirit of Tasmania ferry but allow 20-25 min drive to Geelong. Local IGA 5 min walk. Would stay again.
