The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of cooked a fresh produce, which we enjoyed both in the breakfast room and on the patio.The room we had was well furnished, clean and had enough space for open suitcases and other belongings as well as a small table and chairs. The owners were absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome on our first visit to the Graz area. The housekeepers were also lovely, very efficient, changing towels when needed and leaving our room and communal areas super clean and tidy.

We liked everything, once we arrived at the property we were very welcome by the host, really friendly in any aspect we would ask. Our room was very large with very big en-suite , very clean and tidy, beds were really comfortable. Whole property looks great, very high quality finishes. Breakfast was fantastic and again the host was very kind and communicative , I walked away from the table fully satisfied for what we have paid for the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience high quality service. Thank you very much for accommodating us , we really appreciate you kindness.

Everything was great. The location is easy to find and a Spar shop next to the hotel. Great breakfast. Rooms spacious, clean, really nice. Great for solo travels or families. Graz is really close. The apartment is just amazing, modern with beautiful views a terraces, we enjoyed our stay very much. Parking instructions were very clear and communication with owner quick. We appreciated a coffee maker with coffee beans which is by far no standard thing, even though it should be.

Very comfortable beds, AC worked great even on a hot and humid day. Lovely to have a room with a balcony. Everything was very clean throughout the hotel. Gym room was updated, breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly. Easy to find free parking even with a full hotel.

Hotel is located close to high way, so we staid there one night during our trip. Big parking lot is advantage. Good breakfast. Fast check-in and check-out. Good service at the reception desk and during breakfast.
