Everything was perfect! The location right in the city center and directly in front of the ski lift. If you’re visiting on a December weekend, the Tauren Advent market is conveniently just across the street. 🖤 The wellness facilities were really nice, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the staff was absolutely lovely. We will definitely return!

The front desk was exceptionally helpful, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The multilingual staff made communication effortless, which was a great relief. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of magazines and books available for reading. There were plenty of daily activity programs to enjoy, keeping things lively.
