We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

Everything exceeded expectations on an exceptional scale. The location was stunning, the breakfast delightful, and the sun terrace a perfect spot to relax. The staff were truly wonderful—so friendly and welcoming, it’s hard to imagine such a concentration of kind people in one place. This charming boutique hotel, nestled in the beautiful Austrian mountains with easy access to the lake, is a true gem.

Amazing hotel. The building itself is so special and the way the owners have renovated the place is truly remarkable. The hotel is situated in such a lovely town and we had a great view from both rooms. The rooms are super spacious and the design is very special. Breakfast was amazing!! This hotel was so much better than I was expecting and I was completely charmed by the staff and room. We just needed a place to stay overnight that was close to the train station as we were visiting a local festival in the morning and visiting the spa in town in the afternoon, but this hotel completely surpassed my expectations. The employees were really nice and helpful and the breakfast was exceptional. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was also very good and well-priced. The room had a large balcony with a beautiful view and was full of lovely wooden furniture. If we come to Fugen again, we'll definitely stay here.
