Very nice hotel, very comfortable, clean with a nice view of the harbour. A bit out of the center but not that far as the city is very small. But it was very quiet and there is a parking lot which is very convenient if you have a car. Breakfast is excellent.

Joel and Flor are absolutely amazing hosts! They make you feel like home and Joel has an amazing knowledge about the area and offers to help with shoutle transfers etc. The hostel was super clean every day and has a very well equipped kitchen! The breakfast comes in pre-prepared containers therefore you can have it at anytime you want which is ideal if you have an early start. It also is a lot! Comfortable beds and pillows as well.

We loved our stay here, Erica and Luis are so kind and helpful - we got an airport pick up, early morning bus stop off and they drove us to hike Laguna Esmerelda and then picked us up again at the end, for very reasonable price. Comfy rooms and nice views. Access to kitchen for cooking or storing food.

Great option! Berto was so friendly and helpful. Very spacious comfortable apartments with everything you need for a good stay. Good value for money compared to other options. Good WiFi. We knew the location was a little out of town but we did not mind the walk/cheap Uber. Highly recommend!

Great people welcoming you 24h. The room was comfortable but pretty cold when we arrived, there is a warm shower. The blanket was not super clean but with good sheets it's all fine. The breakfast buffet big and complete. Parking at the front.

The hotel's location is lovely, but many of the rooms overlook the parking lot instead of looking out on either the water or the mountains.

Very comfortable bed, we slept well. Location close to the cruise terminal and the main shopping drag... no need for transfers other than to the airport. Spa facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. Perfect place for a pre or post cruise. We hired a car to explore the area so free parking was useful.
