Very good new hotel. Fresh repair, new equipment and plumbing. There is an air conditioner that works very well. There are all necessary hotel accessories. The owner of the hotel was very kind and ready to help with any question. There was a possibility of flexible check-in and check-out.

It was a very good hotel, warm and hospitable. My expectations were fully justified when I came to this hotel. I came to this hotel for work and I needed an invoice and they gave me that too. I want all guests to know that the location of the hotel is just wonderful, it is located near the square (I was able to organize my things quickly), they gave me a very delicious breakfast, which was served in my room, it was just wonderful. I love their guests and every employee in this hotel. does its job in the best way. To be honest, I really regretted that I didn't know about this wonderful hotel earlier. I should also mention that they organized a reception for me: tea, pastries, and it turns out that hospitality has become a tradition of this hotel. they don't let any guest leave without hospitality.❤️

Wonderful guesthouse located not far from the city center. The room is extremely clean, very comfy and cozy. Toiletries are provided. There’s a beautiful garden where they serve tasty breakfast. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for experiencing the real warm hospitaly of Armenia, there’s not a better place.
